SME PARK NEWTON: Supporting the enterprises

Citydev has developed the Newton SME Park because SMEs are increasingly in demand for medium-sized spaces. This project with ground floor studios responds directly to this. Depending on their needs, companies can take 1, 2 or 3 modules. The SME Park ensures that economic activities in the city are preserved and can grow.

And the residents also benefit.

Moreover, the project has transformed an abandoned industrial site into an economic site serving the city. In the design of the park, a lot of attention was paid to the aesthetic side. The flamboyant color palette is witness to that.
The construction of the SME park was mainly financed by the ERDF and the Brussels-Capital Region (ERDF programming 2007-2013).
