FORESTHORECA
In Vorst, the Divercity project wants to come to a public space that serves community life. The challenge of the Neighborhood Contract is to make the place into a meeting place for people again.
The project has developed the following actions: a city park, the establishment of a HORECA vocational training center with an educational restaurant and the creation of a day care center with 36 places, as well as the creation of a day center for seniors, as well as classrooms, offices and caretakers’ homes .
The ERDF supported the creation of the “Foresthoreca” educational restaurant, the new high-quality training and insertion center in the HORECA sector, for the relocation of people with limited training.
