District nursery “Charbonnages”
The project includes the acquisition and construction of a french speaking childcare center with 84 spaces and 1,462m², as well as the layout of a courtyard / garden of 435 m² facing the canal.
The project, which is included in the revitalization program of the sustainable neighborhood contract “Around Leopold II”, is part of the flagship project entitled “Sainctelette” comprising the construction of 3 housing units, a sports hall and a boxing gym.
The project benefits from a depollution subsidy to cover studies, soil analyzes and remediation work.
