The Hall Libelco
The project consists of the creation of a public space, the Winter Garden, in a highly urbanized neighborhood (Heyvaert) that is in a revaluation phase (houses, collective facilities).
The Winter Garden, which is aimed at the neighborhood and its residents, will be set up on the site of the Libelcohal, along the canal. The project offers in particular an answer to an environmental challenge in a neighborhood that is characterized by a poorly attractive living environment.
The project benefits from a depollution subsidy to cover studies, soil analyzes and remediation work.
